DESCRIPTION:\nCentral Area Public Information Needs Support\n\n\n\nWhat is 
 Public Information (PI)?\n\n\n\nPublic information (PI) service enables us
  to share our message with the public\, which includes the addict who stil
 l suffers\, as well as others who work or come in contact with addicts in 
 the community. Our aim is to let the public know NA exists\, that our prog
 ram works\, and where to find us.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat does PI do?\n\n\n\nW
 e provide information about NA\, answer questions about our program\, offe
 r relevant IPs and meeting schedules\, and offer an opportunity to contact
  us for more information.&nbsp\; We always serve alongside another PI serv
 ice member when doing booth service.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHow does PI serve the 
 Central Area?\n\n\n\nSome of the specific ways we currently serve :\n\n\n\
 n\nSit at PI booths in the community. San Diego County Fair\, Stand Down\,
  Pride\, Adams Avenue Street Fair  \n\n\n\nDrop off current meeting sche
 dules and IPs monthly\, or as needed\, to facilities with which we have an
  established relationship. \n\n\n\nRespond to PI requests in the Central 
 Area.\n\n\n\nIdentify &amp\; implement ways to get our message out to the 
 public that don't necessarily involve concerns about personal anonymity.\n
 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy do we need your help?\n\n\n\nCentral Area PI values an
 d needs your input\, suggestions\, feedback\, and participation. There are
  several opportunities to serve behind the scenes if booth work is not of 
 interest.&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHow do I get involved?\n\n\n\nWe invite yo
 u to our monthly PI subcommittee meeting to help identify the best ways to
  inform the public about NA in the Central Area.\n\n\n\nCheck out our ad o
 n the SDICRNA Service Classifieds for open positions.&nbsp\; We will provi
 de an orientation and PI guidelines.\n\n\n\nWe meet on the first Saturday 
 of every month at 9:30 am Google Meet: meet.google.com/pxi-wdnk-cjj \n\n\
