Arts & Graphic Chair

SDICRNA Women's Retreat Committee – meets the 4th Saturday of every month 1pm-3pm at the RSO 2111 Camino del Rio South and on Zoom 898-1445-4608 no pw.
The Arts and Graphics Chair/Subcommittee representative is expected to attend the monthly meetings with a prepared written report submitted to the secretary prior to the meeting.
Responsible for preparing flyers to notify the fellowship of all events put on by the retreat committee a minimum of thirty days prior to an event.
Responsible for preparing the registration flyer for the retreat.
Responsible for preparing the program booklet for the retreat registration packages.
Responsible for having the retreat banner prepared.
Responsible for making signs for workshops, special events and other needed signage for the retreat.
Responsible for providing camera- ready artwork to subcommittees that need it.
Responsible for hosting a logo contest and preparing camera ready artwork.
