*Even though we are holding this Event in Jan 2027, we will still have our regular convention in 2027 during Thanksgiving weekend

Why Register
We believe the reasons for registering become clear when you understand that your funds support this and future conventions. Your funds pay for hotel and convention facilities, equipment, services, maintenance, insurance, registration packets, supplies, and other expenses. Your registration fees and support make this event possible.

Late Online – Nov 1 thru Dec 30 – $50
Onsite Registration (Cash or Credit) – $55
Newcomer Policy
Newcomer registrations are reserved for newcomers with less than 30 days clean and who cannot afford to register. Those receiving a registration are asked to contribute to the Newcomer Fund.
