QR Code Request Form

You can request a special QR Code for your event. The QR Code will direct the member to a specific event or webpage on the NA site. The QR Code will record the number of times it was scanned to give you some metrics on who is viewing your flyer, sign, or other materials.

• Upload the flyer if you want the code inserted by me
• You can include a specific place for it to go. It cannot go to outside interests other than Narcotics Anonymous approved flyers, events, literature, etc. Observing the 6th Tradition is a priority
• The QR Code also cannot violate our 12th Tradition of Anonymity
